Because this procedure is usually done while you are very sleepy or indeed sound asleep you will most likely not feel anything during the procedure.

However, a day or so following the procedure, it will not be unusual if you do feel mild chest discomfort. This will feel like a mild sunburn, or like achy chest muscles.
