As a diabetic, you probably know a lot about the signs and symptoms that go along with abnormal blood sugar levels.

These usually include:

· Weakness

· Difficulty with your vision

· Shortness of breath

· Anxiety

· Sweating.

After your procedure, do not assume that these symptoms are only related to blood sugar problems. These symptoms may indicate that a rapid or irregular heartbeat has returned. In which case, you should report to your doctor immediately. To help identify what is causing the symptoms, you may be asked to have more frequent blood sugar checks.
