Drug Interactions With Enoxaparin

Several medications can cause negative drug interactions with enoxaparin, including certain blood thinners, ibritumomab, and pentoxifylline. Some of these interactions can increase your risk of dangerous internal bleeding. To help avoid any complications, make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other medications you are taking, including vitamins, herbal supplements, and nonprescription medicines.

 Enoxaparin (Lovenox®) may potentially interact with other medications. Some of the medications that may lead to drug interactions with enoxaparin include but are not limited to:

      • Reteplase (Retavase®)
      • Streptokinase (Streptase®)
