Pacerone 200 Mg

Pacerone® (amiodarone hydrochloride) tablets are taken once or twice daily to treat potentially life-threatening heart rhythm problems. This prescription medication is specifically approved to treat serious ventricular arrhythmias when other medication has not worked or cannot be tolerated.
Available in 100-mg and 200-mg strengths, Pacerone tablets are usually started in the hospital where you can be carefully monitored. You will initially receive a high dose of this medicine, which will then be gradually reduced. The individual dosage your healthcare provider prescribes will depend on the severity of your arrhythmia, how you respond to the drug, and various other factors.
