Rhythmol

Available as tablets, Rythmol® (propafenone) is taken three times daily to help get the heart rate back to a normal rhythm in adults who have certain heart rhythm problems. Your specific dosage will depend on how well you tolerate the drug, other existing medical conditions you have, and various other factors.
Before starting treatment with Rythmol, make sure your healthcare provider knows if you have any allergies, are taking any medications, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and constipation.
