Rythmol 150 Mg

Available by prescription only, Rythmol® (propafenone) comes as a tablet that is taken three times daily to treat certain heart rhythm problems. The usual recommended starting dosage of Rythmol is 150 mg every eight hours. Your healthcare provider may slowly increase this amount, up to a maximum of 300 mg every eight hours.

Your specific dosage will depend on how you respond to the medication, other medical conditions you have, and various other factors. Older adults and those who have heart damage may need to use lower Rythmol doses. Possible side effects include nausea, dizziness, and constipation.
