Ticagrelor Side Effects

Most people tolerate ticagrelor well, but side effects are always a possibility. If adverse reactions do occur, they often involve symptoms like headache, dizziness, and shortness of breath. If you develop any potentially serious problems, such as coughing up blood or any other signs of bleeding, contact your healthcare provider right away.

An Introduction to Ticagrelor Side Effects

Just like any medicine, ticagrelor (Brilinta™) can cause side effects. Because it affects the blood's ability to form clots, potentially serious reactions are possible. Many of these are related to the risk of bleeding.
